Payment Options
Counseling Fees
Initial Evaluation | $150 |

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible and if so, has it been met?
- Do I have a copay and if so, how much per session?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
Payment for services is due at each session. Please be prepared to provide a payment to your therapist for any amount of each session fee that is your responsibility including insurance co payments. Your therapist will notify you of the amount for which you are responsible by your second visit. We accept cash and checks. A $25 charge will be assessed for checks returned to us by a financial institution due to insufficient funds.
Any account with an outstanding balance more than 90 days past due, without a payment arrangement approved by our office, will be sent to a collections agency. Clients are responsible for both their account balance and a 40% (of the account balance) collections fee in these situations.
Oasis Counseling LLC receives referrals through churches and reserves the right to accept payment through benevolence source funding which is set amount through the respective church and agrees to accept benevolent payment(s) as payment in full for services rendered. Once the benevolent amount has been exhausted, then it is the client’s responsibility for future session payment(s).
Special financial arrangements (i.e. sliding fee scale) will be discussed with clients upon request

Please arrive on time for your appointments as we are not able to extend appointments due to late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments are assessed a $50 fee. These charges cannot be submitted to a third party benefits carrier and are fully the responsibility of the client.
Insurances Accepted
Most insurances accepted with the exception of Medicare.
